Managing Director

Passionate about all things Clarendon and London, Scott heads up Team London. With 15 years’ experience in the sector he’s an eye for ever-improving the Clarendon product, guest experience and business performance. In recent years Scott’s been the main driver in building our Covent Garden, Soho and Marylebone portfolio and has a deep street knowledge of the area and its coffee shops! Along with Diana Stewart he’s majorly involved in rolling-out fast guest internet across the Clarendon portfolio, a task that’s easier said than done in areas of London today.

General Manager - Guest Services (Operations & Property)

Jackie has worked at Clarendon for 15 years. Having worked in various guest side roles including housekeeping team leader, she joined the operations team back in 2000 before most recently taking the seat of General Manager Guest Services. Jackie has a natural flair for getting things done and overseeing the service delivery at Clarendon ensuring our apartments are maintained to the highest standards and our guests receive the very highest levels of service. If you are a guest in residence or due to arrive you will likely speak to Jackie or a member of her team during your stay who will deal with any queries promptly. Jackie plans one day to write her memoirs on life at Clarendon and retire on the proceeds, she assures us it will be a bestseller so watch this space!

Diana Stewart Director of Brand Experience

Director of Brand Experience

Diana has experience that spans 15 years in the travel sector in both professional and personal capacities. A huge travel enthusiast, there are few places in the world she’s not been to, lived in or isn’t planning to visit in the future. World travels have given her huge insight into how things are but more importantly should be done and this is where Diana is in her element. Having spent 13 years working at Clarendon, developing the operations and guest services team, service levels and standards across the business Diana now works closely with Scott in property selection. Possessing a keen eye there is little that gets past Diana. In fact it’s fair to say Di makes it her job to understand every level of detail when viewing a building to understand the logistics of delivering apartment services, furnishing and ultimately the guest experience. Diana is known to carry amongst other items, a tape measure, screwdriver and WD40 in her handbag at all times.

Peter Morgan Commercial Director

Peter Morgan

Commercial Director

Peter has worked with Clarendon for 12 years in a career that spans 18 years in the business travel and leisure sectors. Responsible for implementing the marketing plan both online and offline and for leading the online development of Clarendon’s new apartment management system, Peter is also a regular member of both UK and overseas associations, keeping a keen eye on what’s happening in our sector and broader travel world with a view to expanding Clarendon’s reach through stronger partnerships, alliances and online opportunities. A dedicated husband and father of two young girls when time allows Peter is keen on DIY and isn’t afraid to have a go regardless of the size of project. He’s presently into a 3 year house refurb project…or nightmare depending on what day you catch him on! Peter is well travelled and before married life fulfilled an ambition travelling through Australia and New Zealand using all manner of transport to move around and jobs to pay his way.

Claire Barrie Sales Director

Claire joins Clarendon with a wealth of experience and knowledge within the serviced apartment industry, servicing the mobility, corporate travel and learning and development divisions of regional and global corporations. Claire is responsible for building and enhancing Clarendon’s current client base as well as developing and growing new relationships and building new foundations Claire’s responsibility to build strategic alliances through key initiatives whilst expanding Clarendon’s client portfolio.

Claire is passionate about innovation and is results focused whilst recognising and influencing the ongoing need to maximise business efficiency and performance. Her vibrant energy, passion for business and building relationships with clients and colleagues is the foundation for her success. Claire believes that trust and empowerment are essential to building successful teams.

Prior to Clarendon, Claire was the Director, Sales EMEA for Oakwood Worldwide leading teams to secure and implement various programs across multiple regions for multi-national organisations.
Claire highly values her association with the Institute of Travel Management (ITM), where she serves as a Supplier Board Director, and has earned her Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation with the Worldwide ERC.

Having lived and worked in South Africa for many years, Claire now lives in St Albans, Hertfordshire where you will usually find her in her free time supporting her two sons on the sports fields.

Born in France and a graduate of the Sports University of Grenoble/Voiron (France), Zobert has an extensive background in the hospitality and business travel industry. With a career spanning almost 20 years in the sector, Zobert has held senior sales and business development roles for leading international hotel brands and global serviced apartment operators including The Ascott Group, Think Apartments, GLH Hotels and most recently Head of business Development at Go Native. His passion for the sector and drive and commitment to working alongside clients has been instrumental in developing and growing corporate business worth up to £18 million.

Adriano Caccamo Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager

Adriano is our digital marketing scientist born and raised in Rome, Italy. He is fluent in Italian, French and Spanish and has an MBA in Global Marketing and Brand Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA. Adriano has developed a unique global mindset from working in USA, Canada, Caribbean, Africa and Western Europe. He spends much of his time introducing fancy vocabulary, sharing wild anecdotes and trying out the latest digital marketing trends – which makes him ideally placed to decide which tactics provide the best return for Clarendon. Now that Adriano is around we couldn’t imagine Clarendon without him. In fact, we think every company should be lucky enough to have their digital marketing scientist.

Carmen Bewick Head of Reservations

Head of Reservations

Carmen is head of reservations, responsible for overseeing yield, day to day client bookings, agreeing terms of business and resolution management. Working alongside her team she’s dedicated to providing our clients timely responses and competitively priced apartment offerings that best meet requirements. Given we have over 26 locations across London at times it can be mind boggling for new clients or travellers coming to London for the first time. Well, rest assured you are in good hands. Carmen’s positive approach is infectious across the team, she has a natural ability to understand a business’s needs and the guest, suggesting on the spot solutions that satisfy both. On first name terms with many of our clients who consider her an extension to their business, she has a reputation for making things happen. Carmen considers ‘can’t help’ as not an option and is often seen playing what appears to be a game of ‘Tetris’ manipulating occupancy in a bid to fit in an individual’s needs. A busy role naturally requires some relaxation which Carmen finds through retail therapy, oh and a good glass of red!

Charlotte has worked at Clarendon for 14 years and is very well acquainted with Clarendon’s product. As a member of the guest services and operations team she’s assisted in the pre-take on and set up of new buildings involving inventory management, health and safety compliance and utilities. In 2012 Charlotte took time out…well not time out exactly, she switched her daytime role to being full time mum to her new born son. Charlotte returned to Clarendon on a part time basis using her knowledge of Clarendon’s apartments and now works to support our guests with queries during their stay.

Debbie joined Clarendon in 2007 and together with Carmen and Kristian helps advise and process client enquiries from initial requests through to confirmation. As a long standing member of the team Debbie is familiar with our clients and their booking habits, many of which request for her by name to talk through requirements. Debbie’s meticulous and considered approach to her role assures bookers and guests the peace of mind and reassurance that suggested locations and apartments will fulfil all necessary requirements. It’s no secret Debbie’s love for animals especially our furry feline friends. On one particular occasion Debbie went above and beyond the call of duty volunteering to care for two cats for a week while the guests were away on overseas business. Needless to say the cats were very impressed with Debbie dedication and left raving reviews of their stay!

Lauren is our super friendly Geordie lass, all the way from Newcastle! Sometimes we can find her having an interesting conversation with Adriano, from Italy, struggling to understand each other or having “dinner” in the afternoon. She loves her Labrador Retriever, Roxy. Camila is the newest addition to our Reservations Team. Having worked in the customer service area for the past 2 years, she has joined Clarendon with great enthusiasm. Born and raised in Brazil, she is a graduate of Social Communications and you can talk to her about the Amazon Rainforest, carnival, samba, but… Don’t waste your time on the big subject of football. Something she knows nothing about.

Teresa has worked with Clarendon coming up to 4 years and formerly from the hotels and airline sector has a broad knowledge of the wider travel arena. Very much a people person and of a naturally inquiring mind Teresa keeps abreast of what’s happening in our industry as it constantly evolves;  industry developments, London market trends and supply demand influences. In addition Teresa is ‘events co-ordinator’ at Clarendon and has certainly an eye for picking curious and unique venues to host new location launch celebrations. Teresa is a popular face at industry associations keeping up to speed with trends and developments across the sector. Teresa’s travel experience came in handy on a recent trip to Paris where after picking up the wrong bag found she herself without credit cards. A lot of us would be overawed but not Teresa who managed to complete the trip on a few Euro notes even managing to eat out! You’re most likely to meet Teresa at your offices or on an apartment viewing where she’ll impart all she knows about the apartment and local area. If you’re lucky she’ll even take you for tea and cake, she knows the best places in town! If so, please ask about Paris we’d love to know how she did it!

Carol has been part of team Clarendon since 2011. Joining as a member of the housekeeping team she was soon promoted to team leader in West London responsible for a team, maintaining apartment cleanliness and servicing standards. In early 2015 Carol moved to the Guest services and Operations side, keen to put her hands-on knowledge gained in to practice assisting Jackie, Kiran and Charlotte, who manage the day to day maintenance of the Clarendon portfolio and ensure guest comfort and welfare. Before joining Clarendon, Carol immersed herself in Southern Spanish culture where she lived for 8 years before deciding to return to the UK. What brought her back? Certainly not the UK weather…. we like to think Clarendon!

Nicola Doran Head Housekeeper – West London

Head Housekeeper – West London

Nicola has worked at Clarendon approaching 15 years and is responsible for the West London housekeeping team and laundry facility. Prior to this she spent twelve years with Great Fosters, overseeing day to day housekeeping duties at this imposing 4* Country hotel. It will come as no surprise when we tell you Nicolas biggest critique is herself. A passionate individual and strong believer in delivering the highest possible standards for our guests Nicola won’t settle for anything less other than spotless! Outside of work she dedicates a lot of her spare time to charity work in particular children’s charities, raising valuable monies for the underprivileged. She’s also a regular at Royal Thorpe and Egham annual agricultural show and for the last 23 years has assisted in running the pig, sheep and cattle section. Aside to this her main passions are Chelsea FC (when they are winning) and cheering on her younger son at Sunday morning football school.

Elena Tomsa London Housekeeping Manager

Elena joined Clarendon late 2015.

Responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards across Clarendon’s Central London portfolio, Elena has 11+ years experience in the Serviced Apartment and Apart Hotel sectors. With a keen eye for detail and quality Elena together with Viktorija are dedicated to maintaining consistent apartment standards and managing housekeeping service delivery with focus on the guest comfort and experience. Elena heads up a robust quality control program whereby duties among other activities comprise routine apartment checks and pre-arrival checks to ensure all apartments are effectively maintained and continue to meet Clarendon’s exacting standards.

Outside of work Elena is an active member of various Green committees and dedicates time to helping protect the environment for future generations. Recycling and employing better office practices to minimise use of paper are just some the areas she’s passionate about. Elena like s to spend her free time with her family and has got special soft spot for two grandsons who aged 3 and 1 keep her on her toes!
