About the property

Located on Southwark Bridge Road, just off the corner of Union Street, these one bed open plan apartments are modern and spacious whilst retaining some of the original features in the form of fireplaces and ornate windows. Each open plan apartment is air conditioned and some of the apartments benefit from outside space, whether it be a courtyard or a walk on balcony.

Large windows front the property on all floors, flooding each apartment with natural light. The bedroom spaces, to the rear, are cosy and homely with an ensuite bathroom off to the side. An archway from each bedroom leads into the apartment entry way and onto into the living area. A large kitchen, and a comfortable lounge and dining area ensure space for cooking and relaxing. Kindly note that these apartments are not fitted with a dishwasher but a washing up service is provided during the weekly maid service.

Fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and the addition of coat hooks and stands, make storage a doddle. High ceilings and ornate windows add a certain character and charm, whilst the double glazing and well suited window coverings allow for comfort and privacy. Light wooden floors are fitted throughout, with top end marble and tile finishes in all bathrooms.

Dedicated dining areas, smart flat screen televisions and high speed Wifi mean the options of working from home or entertaining are happily possible, in equal measure. A welcome pack is provided for each arrival and includes cupboard staples such as tea, coffee, sugar, cereal and pasta, as well as fridge necessities in the form of juice, water and milk.

From the theatrical history of the Old Vic to the New Vic, the plethora of pubs, markets, high end restaurants and pop up food vans, it’s a case of being spoilt for choice.
