Christmas is notoriously a busy time of the year. It’s a natural cut-off point in work and many firms rush to get their work completed before the Christmas break. It’s so busy in the run up out of the office, as well as in it, with shopping, preparation and nativity plays that by the time Christmas Eve comes along we really could do with a rest. Yet the busy period doesn’t stop there; family needs to be visited, friends caught up with and we can often roll into the new year feeling as though we’ve been just as busy while we’ve been on holiday.
Sometimes, however, an extended Christmas break can be just what you need to restore your batteries as well as doing all the usual festive duties. Clarendon has found that many of our Christmas guests use our serviced apartments as a family base over the festive period. They can visit family, do some sightseeing and Christmas shopping, they can even enjoy a festive retreat and spend fun time with their close family and friends.
Wraysbury Hall is the ideal location. With one, two and three bedroom apartments it is large enough for families to come and stay. Perhaps you have family nearby but want a comfortable base to return to in the evening and not everyone has the space to entertain. Or perhaps you want to get away with cousins or friends and family. Wraysbury Hall is far enough from central London to be peaceful, but close enough to ensure you have all the benefits of living near a bustling city.
Each apartment has plenty of living space as well as a fully fitted kitchen so you can easily put together the perfect Christmas lunch. Each can feel they have their own space with privacy on tap and they can also bring the family dog and enjoy the beautiful grounds for a long wintry walk.
For families coming together for the holidays, Wraysbury Hall is close to Heathrow and Gatwick for family flying in. It’s also close to the M25 and M3 meaning it’s easy to travel around.
Days out aren’t far away with tourist attractions including Windsor Castle, Hampton Court Palace and Kew Gardens on the doorstep. Of course there’s London and everything the capital has to offer as well nearby so you can fill your festive days with ice skating, shopping, seeing historical gems or just heading out to the cinema.
