It’s all about South West London

When people think of London they often think of the centre of the capital; Leicester Square, the South Bank and tourist attractions like Buckingham Palace. But if you limit yourself to one part of the capital you miss out on the beautiful spots elsewhere.

The leafy suburbs of London like Staines, Kew, Ealing and Richmond are becoming increasingly popular with our serviced apartment guests. At Clarendon we’ve found that many who come to stay with us are looking for an alternative to the hustle and bustle of the centre of the capital and prefer a place that’s a little quieter and perhaps more picturesque. The South West offers the best of both worlds; it’s tranquil but is also close to the capital’s heart so you can venture in whenever you need to.

Clarendon’s serviced apartments at Richmond, Kew, Ealing and Staines are proving to be much more popular with families. Many guests look to us when they are relocating to the capital. Staying in a serviced apartment for the first few months makes it much easier to find a family home that’s affordable and meets everyone’s needs. It provides some breathing space. With apartments reaching three bedrooms these locations outside of central London are ideal for families; they are also close to parks and family attractions meaning there’s plenty to do at the weekends as well.

Wraysbury Hall in Staines is a quiet and idyllic setting along the River Thames. It’s near enough to a town centre to help you get everything you need on the doorstep but there are large grounds for you to relax and enjoy quiet walks. Theme parks and Windsor Castle are a short distance away for those looking for days out.

Clarendon’s apartments at Wraysbury Hall, Richmond and Kew are all pet friendly meaning that those families coming with a four-legged friend can rest assured that they can come too and have plenty of open space to explore.

Our west London apartments are close to international schools like the American Community School in Cobham and Egham. For families relocating from overseas they want to ensure their child’s schooling is interrupted as little as possible. The international schools nearby cater for families moving from one country to another and offer a seamless service.

The apartments are close to some of London’s biggest business parks like Stockley Park, Bath Road and Great West Road, each home to multi-nationals so if they are moving to start a new job then they can choose a home on the doorstep. There’s also parking making it easier to travel around.

Clarendon works continuously to make life as simple as possible for our guests. We know that each family or individual coming to stay is often looking for something different. We offer the same baseline support from 4G, weekly housekeeping and plenty of stylishly furnished living space but by choosing different locations we help guests find a property that’s right for them. The leafy suburbs are ideal for those moving to London who want to stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of an international capital city.
