Clarendon wins Feefo award

Customer service has always been one of Clarendon’s top priorities. We know that the only people’s recommendations for serviced apartments that matter are those who have stayed there. It’s the reason why we signed up to Feefo, a platform allowing feedback from all of our guests which is instantly accessible, independent and verified allowing browsers and prospective guests to get a full and fair impression of what a Clarendon stay is like.

We’ve always been proud that our Feefo rating has been high – it’s currently at 93% – but we’ve got even more to shout about. Feefo have been keeping an eye on Clarendon’s customer service throughout 2014 and have obviously seen something they like; we’ve been awarded Feefo Trusted Merchant Accreditation.

Feefo introduced Trusted Merchant accreditation to recognise those businesses that are consistently delivering when it comes to customer service. The certification can appear on the website and is described by Feefo as “a visible reassurance of … customer-generated Service Rating”. The award is only available to Feefo merchants and is based on the information received over the previous twelve months. To win the status, a business has to receive an average service rating of between 85% and 94% over a minimum number of individual feedbacks. That feedback only comes from customers who’ve made a verified transaction, making it independent and honest.

We know that customer service is vital and that it isn’t just about celebrating praise from customers. We want each of our business guests to have a fun, relaxed and comfortable stay in every one of our serviced apartments. We want everything to run smoothly. But we’ve been in this business for 26 years, we know that even when you plan for everything, sometimes things can go wrong and there can be some bumps in the road. At Clarendon we firmly believe that the best customer service is when you deal with things that have gone wrong and do it in a quick, honest, straightforward and thorough manner.
