Close to Staines is another piece of English history at Runnymede the ancient ‘meeting meadow’ which witnessed King John sealing the Magna Carta, the foundation of English Law in 1215. The “social Hub” of Staines is home to over 50 stores and has enough variety to keep even the most discerning shopper amused with fashion, sports, health, beauty and electrical stores just some of those on offer.
