Have you heard about the upgrades at Clarendon’s Manning Place property in Richmond?

Its exciting times at Clarendon as we have begun a process of upgrades and refurbishments at our serviced apartments in Richmond, Manning Place. It’s part of our ongoing programme to respond to feedback and insight from our guests and customers about what they’d like to see more of from Clarendon serviced apartments.

Manning Place is Clarendon’s development in Richmond Park. Filled with one and two bedroom apartments it actually backs onto the Royal Park so is the ideal peaceful and tranquil spot. The refurbishment programme, which has already begun, includes a full modernisation of the current Manning Place apartments. So what does this mean? Well it involves Clarendon fitting new wooden flooring, integrated kitchens, state of the art boilers, fully redecorating the apartments and adding comfortable and stylish furniture. We have already refurbished two apartments and we will let you judge for yourself the quality of the improvements:

Proactive measures have been taken to ensure that the rest of the refurbishment programme will cause minimum disruption. For example, the majority of refurbishments will only take place during work hours when most of Clarendon’s business travellers are in the office. Scott Hamilton, the MD of Clarendon Apartments, had the following to say on the developments “For 26 years, we at Clarendon Serviced Apartments have prided ourselves on providing the very best apartments in London. We have very high standards – and we know our customers do too – so we’ve made the decision to improve Manning Place so that it continues to meet customer expectations. We’re excited by the recent refurbishments and look forward to the full completion of the programme.

Clarendon has been using customer feedback service Feefo to understand how and where our guests would like to see improvements in our service. We are grateful for the feedback we’ve received about Manning Place and hope this is the start of a wider scale refurbishment of several of our developments.

The new and modern refurbished Manning Place perfectly complements its picturesque surroundings. Richmond is a beautiful and charming town with its traditional, almost village style town centre with the tranquil Richmond Park close by. Richmond is hugely popular thanks to its excellent transport links; it is just 20 minutes to London’s Waterloo and 45 minutes to Heathrow. Richmond is also served by the District Line on the London Underground.
