Passionate about all things Clarendon and London, Scott’s role as Executive chairman allows him the freedom to consider how best to position Clarendon in an increasingly competitive London Market. Having trained in production and project planning, business management and as a management accountant, Scott brings a huge amount of commercial and management acumen to his role with Clarendon. With over 18 years’ experience in the sector, Scott loves being involved in the London scene, citing London as the most diverse city he has worked in, both culturally and economically.

Scott cites people, places and politics as three of his main interests, which, politics aside, makes him perfect Clarendon material. In his leisure time, Scott enjoys good food, never needing much of an excuse to eat out. He is a keen thriller watcher and loves a bit of north American rock.

As MD Joanna is responsible for the overall leadership, direction and management of Clarendon’s day to day business operations. With 20 years’ experience, Joanna began her career in the accommodation sector with a stint on the Switchboard at the Four Seasons Hotel. Since then, she has progressed through Guest Services, Concierge, Reservations, Business Development and Sales across a number of well-known hotel and serviced apartment companies. Initially joining Clarendon in January 2017 as Client and Guest Services Director, Joanna and her teams were responsible for delivering an impeccable guest experience. The shift from a sales role to a more operational and strategic role was a natural transition, and in April 2018, Joanna was appointed Managing Director of Clarendon. Despite moving to an operational role, Joanna still sweats even the smallest details, right down to the brand of dishwasher tablets you’ll find in each of our apartments.

In her own words, Joanna “lives for travel and yummy food”. She loves a good bridge and London’s green spaces, with a particular fondness for Tower Bridge and Petersham Meadows. A passion for adventure was first ignited when she learned to ski aged 5, but she’s equally happy with a sandy beach and a good book.

One of the longest serving members of the Clarendon family, Peter has been with us for 14 years. As Commercial Director he is responsible for the overall online, digital and brand teams, as well as developing Clarendon’s distribution capability and connectivity through online travel agencies. Peter also oversees the company apartment management system, specification and development of future functionality, customer guest profiling and guest satisfaction, maintains and develops overseas partnerships with a particular focus on automation and new channels of business. After more than 20 years in the hospitality sector Peter is still fascinated by its daily challenges and continual evolution – new technologies, new concepts, new disruptors.

Away from Clarendon, Peter is a devoted dad to two young girls. He enjoys throwing himself into major DIY projects and has a passion for property refurbishment and gardening. A keen traveller, Peter once drove a 1974 Mitsubishi Sigma around Australia, turning his hand to anything and everything to pay his way. He is also a qualified Parascender and PADI qualified.

One of the most recent additions to our team, Charles brings a wealth of invaluable industry knowledge with him to Clarendon, and is in the unique position of understanding the business having been both a client, and now a member of the team. As Client Manager, Charles’s role is to develop and manage relationships with both new and existing clients, so do feel free to drop him a line and find out how Clarendon could help you or your clients.

Something of a foodie, Charles likes nothing more than hanging out at Hawker House, Canada Water and enjoying the delicious variety of street food on offer. He also cites Maltby Street Market as another of his favourite London haunts, and enjoys invigorating walks through Brockwell Park and watching the action unfold at the Wimbledon.

As Clarendon’s Head of Reservations, Carmen is responsible for the reservations team, ensuring clients and guests receive the very highest levels of service and guidance throughout the booking process. Carmen’s calm and positive approach, infectious enthusiasm and natural ability to understand the needs of both businesses and guests, means she is highly respected in the corporate world and well known for her ‘yes, we can help’ approach.

When it comes to relaxation, Carmen enjoys leisurely weekends, seeking out new pubs and restaurants with friends and family, and taking walks by the river. She has also taken up running. She loves attending local music festivals throughout the summer months, planning holidays to new destinations, and indulging in a glass or two of red wine.

A long-standing member of the Clarendon team, Debbie has spent her entire career working in the service industry, and her passion for helping guests and clients has been a key feature of the Clarendon experience since 2007. Her meticulous and considered approach, and familiarity with our client base mean many clients request her by name to talk through their requirements.

Debbie’s dedication to going above and beyond for our guests is matched only by her love for animals, she even volunteered to look after a guests’ two cats whilst they were away on overseas business. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys jogging, eating out, coastal walks and a nice glass (or two) of wine.

After relocating with her partner from her native Newcastle to Surrey, Lauren achieved an NVQ in customer service, which proved the perfect preparation for her role at Clarendon. As reservations consultant, Lauren responds to all enquiries and makes bookings via email and phone. She also handles payments and reservations through external sites such as booking.com and Airbnb, and can be found manning our website’s online chat, ensuring a fast and efficient response to customer enquiries or questions.

Although she can never forget her beloved Newcastle, Lauren has amassed a remarkably in-depth knowledge of her adopted city which she loves to share with our clients. Friends and family are the most important factors in her life, along with her Labrador Roxy, with whom she enjoys going for long walks and exploring new places.

In her spare time, living in London allows Camila to indulge her love of festivals and concerts. She enjoys practicing yoga, cooking for friends, reading, studying and travelling, and is on a mission to seek out the finest Brazilian restaurants London has to offer.

Teresa specialises in client viewings and establishing the best possible solution by using her knowledge and expertise of the Clarendon properties and areas.She also produces a monthly in-house Insight for up-to-date news within the industry and developments in the London area, ensuring Clarendon stays up to date with the latest hospitality trends.

Having spent all her working life in travel industry, it’s no surprise that Teresa loves to travel herself. During her tour operator days, she was fortunate to visit Australia and New Zealand and got to scuba dive on the Great Barrier Reef. Back home in London Teresa can’t get enough of West End musicals, so she’s the lady to talk to if you’re looking for theatre recommendations.

As Property Portfolio Manager, a vital part of Isabel’s role is to source new properties for Clarendon, alongside managing tenancies and facilities for our existing portfolio, reviewing rents and managing contract renewals. Previous experience in both the serviced apartment industry and estate agency means Isabel knows the property industry inside out. However, just as our industry never stands still, Isabel is currently undertaking ARLA Level 3 qualification in Residential Letting and Property Management.

In her spare time, Isabel is a big rugby fan and is a season ticket holder at Harlequins. A keen cook, Isabel loves browsing Borough Market for the finest and freshest produce. Easter is Isabel’s favourite time of year – a long weekend of eating roast dinners and chocolate. Perfect!

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Natasha is renowned for her a creative eye and ‘can do’ attitude. As Brand Development Manager, Natasha is responsible for bringing the Clarendon brand to life through a combination of creativity and strategy, ensuring that our outstanding work behind the scenes is matched by a stand out visual identity and online presence. Working closely with the internal cross-functional teams, as well as external agencies, Natasha ensures we build and execute effective marketing plans that fuel demand, build brand strength and forge lasting relationships with our clients.

When she isn’t busy working on our creative strategy, Natasha loves spending time with her husband and son. She also enjoys learning languages and travelling, a passion that coincides happily with her love of wine and cheese! Natasha is originally from Macedonia, but like all of us here at Clarendon, her heart beats for London.

Originally from Romania, Cristina shares Clarendon’s passion for travel, and in her spare time she also enjoys painting, reading and bridge. Her favourite London events include Museums at Night and Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park.

Having joined Clarendon back in 2000, Jackie is the longest serving member of our team. She has worked in various guest side roles including Housekeeping Team Leader before taking up the position of General Manager – Guest Services. Possessing a natural flair for getting things done, Jackie ensures our apartments are meticulously maintained and our guests receive the highest levels of service. If you are a guest in residence, or are shortly due to arrive, it’s likely you’ll speak to either Jackie or a member of her team, so rest assured, your stay is in safe hands.

When Jackie can bear to tear herself away from her work with Clarendon she enjoys entertaining, evenings out with friends, drinking prosecco, and being a Nanny to twin grandchildren. Although not all at the same time.

With her uncompromising standards for cleanliness and guest welfare, Carol has been an integral member of the Clarendon team since joining us in 2011. Keen to put her hands-on knowledge and experience into practice, Carol moved to the Guest Services and Operations side of the business in early 2015 as Operations Manager.

Alongside her love of London, Carol spent eight years living in southern Spain. Being a big Chelsea fan meant that the Blues eventually won the battle for her heart, and since returning to London Carol has been a regular on the terraces at Stamford Bridge. She loves a bit of Northern Soul, Ska and Reggae, and enjoys reading a good thriller.

Nicola has worked at Clarendon for nearly 17 years, initially as a member of the west London Housekeeping team, before joining the Operations team, looking after property compliance. A very passionate person, Nicola is a strong believer in delivering the highest standards for our guests. Prior to joining Clarendon, Nicola spent 12 years as head housekeeper with the four-star Great Fosters Hotel, overseeing the housekeeping team and honing the meticulous attention to detail she brought with her to Clarendon.

Outside of work Nicola enjoys gardening, walking her lively Irish Terrier Tilly and devotes most Sundays to cheering on her younger son at football matches. Alongside her husband, she also helps with the annual Royal Egham and Thorpe Agricultural show, running competition classes in the pig, sheep and cattle sections.

Away from Clarendon, Ovidiu is a keen sportsman, enjoying football, swimming and snowboarding. He recommends Caffé Concerto as his favourite dining spot in London, and Hyde Park as his favourite park, particularly during his favourite seasons of winter and summer. Known for his friendly and outgoing personality, Ian will always go above and beyond to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay and a warm welcome on arrival. A Londoner born and raised, Ian eats, sleeps and breathes London, and knows the city like the back of his hand. He still retains a particular affinity for Brixton, where he grew up and loves to browse its eclectic market.

Prior to joining Clarendon, Ian spent 12 years at the BBC headquarters in customer services, security and as facilities officer, bringing him into contact with all manner of celebrities, and even royalty during a stint at Radio 2. He also had the pleasure of meeting the Reverend Jesse Jackson, a very proud moment. Ian loves London in the summer, spending time in Regents Park and at festivals in Hyde Park. His favourite restaurant is Villandrys. He’s a keen Arsenal fan and enjoys horse racing and drag racing. He also DJ’s at family functions and makes music in his spare time.

As Maintenance Operative, Ahmed takes great pride in his work, and in providing the highest standards for our guests, ensuring that all our apartments are meticulously maintained. Ahmed has worked in the building maintenance field since 1989, Prior to which he studied and trained with British Airways, and worked in aircraft maintenance.

During his free time, Ahmed is a passionate cook, and enjoying all kinds of cuisines from Lebanese, to Italian and Indian. He is a keen reader and can often be found absorbed in history books. He loves music, particularly jazz, soul, Latin American and blues. He enjoys nothing more than spending time with his two boys, taking them swimming and relaxing by the sea.

As Housekeeping supervisor, Natalia will turn her hand to a bit of everything to ensure the properties in the Clarendon portfolio are maintained to the highest standards. As well as supervisor, she also acts as driver and cleaner, and is certainly not afraid of hard work.

Natalia is a graduate of the University of Warsaw with a degree in English Philology, and enjoys a great thriller, particularly the novels of Harlan Coben. She also loves singing along in the van with her colleague Patrycja (when no one can hear), and is a keen football fan and film buff. She loves spending time with her family.
